If your student is in Jazz Ensemble or Percussion Ensemble, or Colorguard there will be additional guidelines/agreements, rehearsals, competitions and performance schedules for those ensembles. Please check those respective pages for those schedules. Also note that all rehearsals and performances are mandatory, and that each student is a very important, and integral part of the TEAM!

Colorguard is in DESPERATE need of PARENT HELP! There is always a need for chaperones and escorts for games and competitions, and there is also a need for help with sewing flags and getting the group ready before a performance. At some venues food is not readily available so parent help is needed to take orders and run for food as well. If you can help in any way, please contact Sean or Julie by clicking on the links above. Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Yes, we do take cash!
After the Game Get Togethers
After most "home" (@ BHS) football games, the band and parent volunteers get together at Me-N-Ed's at Willow Station for pizza and refreshments. It's a great way to relax after the game and meet other parents that you may not have had the time to meet and chat with during the game! Hope to see you there.
IMPORTANT SCHOOL SAFETY POLICY REMINDER!!
If your student needs to leave an event early, or you need them to take alternate means of transportation home, make sure you complete and sign a release form for EACH event. We understand that you are the parent, but these school rules and policies were put in place to insure the safety of every student. The directors and 100's of volunteers can not possibly remember by sight every parent, step parent or relative and whether or not they are allowed to take the child. The release form will insure that we have the appropriate information so your child goes with the proper person should they need to. Thank you for respecting school policy.

If you have questions regarding what you need, or the condition of your existing items, please contact the director immediately. If you need any new items, you will need to order them ASAP so they are delivered before the next competition!! The order form is available above in the Schedules & Documents list.
