Directors Misc. Supplies Wish List
The budget for office supplies & misc. needs for the band & color guard is very limited! So, if you can donate any of the following items, it would be greatly appreciated by all! This request is good all year, every year so bring by whatever you can, at anytime. Also, check the specific ensemble's page for other needs, wants and wishes.
- 2 cases white chalk based spray paint for touching up lines on the field
- Copy paper (for sheet music and general office use-need an endless supply)
- 3/4 inch white electrical tape (need an endless supply for colorguard)
- Cash
- 3/4 inch black electrical tape (need an endless supply for colorguard)
- Duct & masking tape (need an endless supply for guard & general use)
- Permanent markers (need minimum 4 dozen)
- Cash
- Toner cartridges for band room copy machine
- Large envelopes 10 x 15 open on the long side, no clasp - need 1500
- Comb bind spines, 200 3/8 inch, and 200 1/4 inch
- Post-It notes - need an endless supply
- Cash
- Ink pens, paper clips and any other office consumable you can think of!
- Hand Sanitizer, Wet Ones
- Black and / or white 100% Polyester thread (need several spools)
- White 100% COTTON undershirts, or rags (to clean tubas & equip)
- Did we mention cash?
- White 100% COTTON over the ankle crew socks (for emergency use)
- Needle Nose pliers or other small tools
- Flashlights w/ batteries for chaperone use
- Gas Cards or cash donations to help offset gas costs for band trucks
- And, cash
First Aid Kit items - All donations must be new & sealed
We do appreciate your donations but please for the safety of our students, make sure all items are new and in factory sealed packaging. Generics are gladly excepted for any of the listed items below. FYI - The First Aid kit is carried to every competition and event.
- BandAids assorted sizes
- Tylenol - regular strength
- Tums - regular strength
- Disposable Packs that when mushed turn cold for bumps/twisted ankles,etc
- Feminine Hygiene items
- Benadryl liquid or chewable tablets
- Ace Bandages
- Ibuprofen - regular strength
and any item that is listed on the approved over the counter medications list for the First Aid Kit.*REST ASSURED - We will not give any OTC (over the counter) meds without prior written parent or doctor approval. A copy of the medication release that you completed and signed is kept in a binder and taken with us whenever traveling. We check each student's form BEFORE we dispense anything! If we have any questions, we will call you from where ever we are before we give your child any medication!
